From Application to Employment
At MiR, we treat all applications in a discrete and professional manner. We are very focused on making our recruitment process as attentive and comfortable as possible.
We always appreciate applications - solicited as well as unsolicited - and we look forward to receiving your application.
Please familiarize yourself with our seven-step recruitment process:
1: Upload your Application
You apply for a job via our job listing, where you upload your resume, application/cover letter, educational certificates and potentially your credentials and references. When you have submitted your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt.
2: MiR reviews all Applications
We will treat all incoming applications with complete confidentiality and review them on an ongoing basis. We carefully select which candidates to invite for a first round of interviews.
3: You will be Contacted either by Phone or E-mail
If you are one of the candidates selected, we will contact you to set up an interview, either face to face or via Skype (depends on the location). If you have not been selected to proceed in the process, we will send you an e-mail informing you accordingly.
4: First Round of Interview
At the first interview, you will meet the hiring manager and a colleague from Group HR. The interview will focus on your professional and personal qualifications as well as mutually matching expectations. We will inform you about MiR as a company and the position in question, and we encourage you to ask any question you find relevant.
5: Evaluation of First Interview
Based on the first round of interviews, we will carefully evaluate all candidates and contact each of you, either by phone or e-mail. If we proceed with your candidacy to the next step in the recruitment process, you will be invited for a second round of interviews, where we will ask you to bring your educational certificate and criminal record or email to us in case of a skype meeting.
6: Second Round Interview and Assessment
At the second round of interviews, you will again meet the hiring manager and the colleague from Group HR. Prior to the interview, you may be asked to complete both a technical assignment, which you will present at the interview, and a personality profile assessment online. You will receive a candidate feedback in writing before the interview. During the interview, you will be taken safely through the profile results and explained the report’s findings.
7: Job Offer
If you are offered a position with MiR, we will call you and follow up with a job offer/contract.
If you have not been selected, we will contact you shortly after the second round of interviews.
Please note that the process might differ slightly from region to region.
Both solicited and unsolicited applications are deleted after 6 months, unless the candidate wishes to update and reactivate application for another period of 6 months. Should you wish to have your data deleted before then, please contact MiR HR Team at HR@mir-robots.com
